With an integrated production line of machining, joining, and surface treatment, this plant enables various kinds of production ranging from trial production to mass production. This plant is characterized by the capability of assuring high quality for process parts that require high cleanliness using a wide variety of inspection and evaluation equipment.

• Major products: Semiconductor and FPD manufacturing equipment components (such as plasma CVD, etching, and spattering device components)

Shirakawa Plant

This plant, which mass produces gas shutoff valves and magnetic circuits that are required to be highly reliable utilizing its magnetic technology, is characterized by the capacity to design, fabricate, and inspect (verify) magnetic forces and fields to deal with a wide range of problems and challenges related to magnetic field.
