Winding Technology and Insert Molding Technology

Combining coil winding technology and insert molding technology enables composite parts that assemble coils with other parts. Further, multiple coils can be wound using one bobbin. All-in-one parts can be assembled by mounting other functional parts to the bobbin, and building in parts other than the coils during molding of coil and then applying resin.

Outline
Coil assembly and maintenance is easy due to careful consideration of the bobbin shape, enabling the device to be space-saving and cost reduction.
We can even wind bobbin-free coils using our in-house adhesion wires.
Select the winding method for the winding materials according to the coil specifications.

Outline
NIKKOSHI manufactures complex functional parts by forming coils and metal parts all-in-one (insert molding) with resin using a vertical molding device. Various types of inserts can be molded all-in-one using resin to enable performances and properties to be achieved that are impossible with resin alone.
